by Pages that you cannot edit are easily identified in the flatplan: they appear grayed out. If you want to regain editing rights, you can only reclaim a page from a collaborator if:
- You are the chief editor, or
- The chief editor has granted permission for this action in the collaboration settings, allowing an associate editor to perform it.
If one of these conditions is met, you can reclaim a page from a collaborator in two ways:
- Using the page assignment icon
- Through the collaboration tab.
Once the page is reclaimed, you will regain editing rights, and the collaborator will lose access.
