After enabling and setting up collaboration, the Chief Editor or their Associate Editor can add collaborators and finally invite them to join the magazine.
Add collaborators
Inviting a collaborator involves three steps:
1. Assigning them a name or pseudonym
2. Assigning them a role
3. Assigning specific pages to them or adding them without assigned pages.
⚠️ The pseudonym is case-sensitive: for example, “Ali” and “ali” are considered two different people by the software.
⚠️ If the Chief Editor does not want to assign specific pages to collaborators and prefers to let them choose pages freely, they must first enable flatplan manipulation in the collaboration settings.
Invite collaborators
This is the final step, and it’s straightforward: share a unique link with your collaborators, allowing them to join your magazine after entering their pseudonym.
💡 Tip: If you want to invite a specific collaborator, simply add their pseudonym to the end of the collaboration link. For example, if the collaboration link is x and the collaborator’s pseudonym is y, their direct invitation link is x/y. This lets them join the magazine without needing to enter their pseudonym.
